For paranoid geeks who worry that their face will show up on some stranger's screen in the background of a Google Street View image, salvation is at hand!  Martin Backes has designed conceptual fashion headwear called "Pixelhead" –a full-coverage mask decorated in pixelated colors, so that if you do get caught by Google Street View's cameras, your privacy is assured.

As Backes explains on his website, that pixelated pattern is a "fashionable" de-rezzed image of German Secretary of the Interior Thomas de Maizière.
